A Holiday Bike Hire in Girona

I’m heading off on holiday soon, and will be spending a few days in Girona. It would be a shame to be there and not go riding.

Does anyone have any experience/knowledge of hiring a road bike in Girona?

It’ll only be for one day of my holiday, so I’m happy to spend a wee bit of money to have a go on a nice bike and maybe join some kind of group if possible, but I’d be happy with a map and my own company too.
