Etape Eryri Extreme ?

    After completing the Etape Eryri (103 miles) this year I’m really tempted to give this a try next year: http://etapeeryri.com/content/xtrem

    As I’ve never done a ride of this distance before i was wondering what anyone’s thoughts were on this? if you have done anything like this then how did you find it? also how did you go about training for it?

    I’ve been thinking about
    I’ve been thinking about doing some Audaxes for a while now. Think I need to bite the bullet and sign up to a few 🙂 the Etape only has 100 places up for grabs so I’d better make my mind up soon as entries are open at the start of September.

    Get stuck into some hilly
    Get stuck into some hilly 200k and 300k Audaxes to see if you have it in you. By the way, you are looking at 4862m of climbing for the 226-miler. I would not want to skimp on the training!
