Anybody know anything about these aero wheels (campagnolo vento)

I'm new to road cycling and I'm thinking of buying myself some new aero wheels. Does anybody think these are suitable for a first timer? I'm not into climbing much and want to get something that's sturdy. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/181484856411?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
