Creating a league just for the TdF

I've got a few friends interested in doing the TdF. How do I set up a league just with this? I think if I set one up I'm going to start a few thousand points ahead of them.

I used to run a comp at work for the TdF and remember the button being there last year.

you can change the league to
you can change the league to show all year or current comp
