OT: Fitness training – 5/3/1 Program – Does anyone follow it?

    Just wondering if anyone on here follows the 5/3/1 training program at all?
    Am considering giving it a go?

    A good, long-term strength
    A good, long-term strength regime. Just basic compound movements, based around achievable lifts and workout loads. I don’t use it myself, do more barbell complexes and bodyweight work, but I’ve got different fitness goals – I’d find it difficult to fit 5/3/1 around running and riding.
