Just a quick shout out to Carradice after receiving some excellent service today…
I lost a spring from my saddlebag quick release system so sent an email asking if they sell replacements. Not even 1 minute later I received a response from Margaret at Carradice who is going to send me a new spring free of charge.
It doesn’t get much better than that!
Also a quick mention for Stratton Cycles in Wandsworth – excellent service when I recently purchased a saddle, making sure fit/position were correct before I left the shop. Also, they do saddle loans, something which is invaluable; I know many people have had trouble finding a shop which provides this service. Excellent.
