BBC had an almost fact-free bit about the conclusion of this project – at least they can keep that positive…

Funded by charity. Can’t find any “conclusions yet” but a search shows that there are lots of very low cost projects going on. Nice, but I wonder about the utility (apart from persuading 6 people – who were presumably keen already – that bikes / e-bikes are useful for them)? Perhaps it’s too soon to say if bikes are useful – it’s only been a century or so…
