Norbury Park, near Box Hill

Hi there, I'm planning a ride over Leith Hill and Box Hill for my club this weekend so that members can get a preview of them before the RL100 later in the year. Can someone with local knowledge advise if the road surface through Norbury Park is good enough for road bikes?
