Accommodation for Etape Pennines

Wondering if anyone can help? Looking for a hotel/B&B or whatever for the night before the Etape Pennines, which starts at Barnard Castle. Obviously the main thing is somewhere that'll do an early brekkie. Just in the off chance anyone knows somewhere? Thanks
