Bottom bracket for Campag

I’m wanting to fit my Campagnolo Racing Triple chainset to a Cinelli Saetta frame: it looks as if what I need is an English thread, square taper 68mm x 107mm bottom bracket, but I can only find that size in Shimano, and I know that the taper is slightly different. So two questions:
    1. Anybody know where I can get a Campag-compatible BB in that size? OR
    2. How crucial is it anyway??

    Thanks for any help.

Thanks very much for the advice. I have managed to acquire a second-hand Record b/b, 68 x 110, which seems to have done the trick: I’m looking forward to trying it out this weekend!

I’ve got a campag ‘champ’ triple on my winter bike, with a tifosi 110 BB. Works fine (for the 1000k its done so far). Seems more robust than the veloce one I had in there before.

I wouldn’t think you need a 107mm axle. Much more likely to be 110 or even more so 115mm. Which it is is determined by seat tube diameter.

It makes no difference to you, but a big difference to your chainline.

You need a Campag specific or ISO square taper BB of which there are lots of choices
