    Pretty shocking that a driver that is so far below the requisite level of skill and care is straight back out there after a token slap on the wrist.
    Should have to retake a full test at the very least.

    Easy enough. The police
    Easy enough. The police wanted to take to take his license off him. 3 points was the best they could do or a “Driver awareness course”. The course involved an accompanied drive with an assessor. He passed.

    Insurance company are still trying to claim lack of liability for what was initially a £43 claim
