Shimano ST4400 adjuster blocks

My wife recently bought a second hand Cannondale Caad 2, she likes the bike but has a problem with the brake levers. As she has small hands, she has problems reaching them properly, so she tends to use her Trek mountain bike. Before I embark on the project to get her something more upto date, with SRAM STI's, I thought I'd see if could lay my hands on the adjustment blocks to bring the levers closer to the handle bars. Does anybody have some lying around?
