    dunno what “C18” is from a HMRC side of things, but if you ever see C18 sprayed anywhere on a building or something, it generally means armed neo-nazis did or are operating locally.

    i googled C18
    i googled C18 (see the planet x site) and came up with a video game and the computer misuse act, so i’m none the wiser – anyone know what it’s all about? i’m guessing some kind of import duty charge or something…
