Does Trump even drive? I suspect he doesn't have the hand-eye coordination to do anything more complex than eating a burger and there was that awkward moment where he needed two hands to drink from a glass.
Ah.. my hopes are dashed.
I expected to see a few dozen pictures of politicians in tweed and twinsets...
A juggernaut thunders up behind you. Suddenly it veers sharply to the right and crashes, causing untold damage to the country(side). Someone slowly emerges from the cab, it's the current leader of the Conservative Party (whoever that is this week). When questioned they claim to have no knowledge of who has been driving the vehicle for the last 13 years. It is suggested that perhaps it would be better if somebody else drove for a while, but they dismiss this as woke nonsense.
It couldnae have been Richi as he is captaining a vast oil tanker into the reefs so that all about can have a wonderful oil-drench, which will do them good in so many ways, despite their complaints to the contrary.
The only difficulty is finding a reef that doesn't already have other HMS Toryspiv tankers oozing out vast amounts of other stuffs to the great benefit of
shareholdersBwitish serfs everywhere.Shurely Sunak's limo passes too close (it being a big vehicle) with Sunak blithely unaware in the back, then Grant "four names" Shapps also does the same, shrugging his shoulders and guesturing at Sunak in front. (Police were later unable to trace the registered keeper - confronted, Shapps "over-denied" it was him driving...)
Keir then follows doing exactly the same but yelling that it's Sunak's fault that the streets are too narrow.
How likely is it for Sunak to be in a limo anyway?
Surely he'd be in a helicopter? (but definitely a separate one from the Chancellor).
I thought about the helicpter, but could not see how it would do a close pass on a cyclist.
Although I did once have a near miss with a microlight coming out of a field!
There was an article yesterday in one of the tabloids about a woman mowing the grass next to one of those small-town American airfields, on a ride-on mower, who was killed when the wing on an aeroplane (can't remember if it was landing or taking off) hit her.
In my case I was riding along a narrow country lane, with a farm on my left and a field with an open gate on my right.
There was a roaring noise in the field which I took to be some farm machinery and a microlight came out of the field, crossed the lane and into the farm yard. It wasn't a really near miss but it should not have happened and I was on course to hit the propeller.
I've since noticed that the farmer uses the field as a landing strip, and the barn (which I reckon was paid for with an EU grant) as a hangar.
I have always regretted not reporting it to the CAA!
Helicopters fly faster at lower altitude as the air is more dense and means less effort keeping it in the air and therefore can be propelled at a faster speed without being compromised. If Rushi is making a quick getaway this tactic will be employed. It does mean the resulting downdraught will then knock the cyclist of their bike and it being much more than a near miss. Much like the 30tonner bombing past and sucking you under their rig.
And I thought I was a fantasist!
Sorry bud, you are confusing altitude with ground effect and showing off your lack of understanding of rotary theory of flight.
I've skid marks on my bike helmet to prove that sunak close passed me overhead, I've since washed them off so no photo evidence unfortunately 🤔🤣
I read earlier that everyone outside of London travels by private jet.
I think we are both saying the same thing - Politics is in a mess and by extension so is the country.
Which is the tail and which is the dog? (If only it was a dog with two tails...)
Seems more like a dog chasing its own tail
