Pint of milk, a banana, a big spoonfull of full fat Horlicks. Blend.
No, but I might do when I next order thanks fpr pointing it out. I used to mix with cold milk (fully skimmed) but it is supposed to be mixed with water for faster recovery. I'm used to water now so don't miss the milk. Vanilla being my favourite flavour.
I only use it affter a race or a hard training session and then only if I can't get any real protein immediately.
