Is anyone else have problems with Specialized replacing their Roval wheels under warranty?
Specialized have changed their warranty for purchases after 1st July 2018 and have limited it to a 2 year period. However, Roval wheels prior to this date are specifically covered.
Their International warranty

clearly states that “Lifetime Warranty on Roval-branded whhels: Specialized warrants Roval-branded wheels to the original purchaser for as long as the priginal purchaser owns the Product”
I am the original purchaser of the Roval wheel. Specialized are refusing to replace my wheel
