+1 for Leigh Day. I was hit by a car on a rounabout a few years back and they were great in handling the claim for me. I was put in touch with them via my BC membership, but I expect they'll deal directly too. Did the police attend and get witness contact details etc? Sounds really nasty. I hope you recover quickly and can successfully claim.

Horrid. Wishing you all the best, agree the BC lawyers seem to have developed quite a niche for this.
My condolences, that sounds awful. The firm that works with British Cycling, Leigh Day, have a very good reputation.
They did mine a few years back. Took a while but did argue my corner pretty well
