Yeah, it’s two days away. So what? I’m excited! 8> šŸ˜€

Anyone any thoughts on team selection? I’ve strong track record in ballsing up TTTs; not sure whether to just basically pick a team for stages two and three and just take whatever I get from stage one as a bonus (also banking plenty of transfers), or to play the stage for real with two fellas each from teams I’m expecting to make top five, then take the hit on penalty points to get a viable sprint posse.

I’d booked Friday off work ages ago, but didn’t realise/check that it was a TTT – my least favourite of all the disciplines to watch. #o

    If there’s a stage winner
If there’s a stage winner i.e. a skinsuit surely there should be a lanterne rouge as well though? Not particularly bothered but…..

There is no lantern rouge in a TTT, because we score ALL team members the same, regardless of whether they got dropped or not

So, hands up everyone else who picked Svein Tuft for the maglia rosa knowing it was his birthday today? :B

    Me haha! <:P

And me. One of the few things I got right :|

But Durbridge and Matthews are young riders and so score more points!!

Talking with Phil today and berating him for doubling the points on this stage as I’m normally rubbish on TTTs. Got some sprinters already but probably 3 transfers tomorrow. Never done well in the Giro, but a good start at least.

Put some money on Uran as well.

Poor Dan Martin. More to the point, poor me! In purist, I lost Meersman on stage 2 of Paris-Nice, Tejay on Stage 2 of Romandie and now Dan Martin on stage 1 of the Giro! I chose…poorly.
