Finish Line’s brand new FiberLink sealant comes with some bold statements, claiming to set a new standard for tubeless tyre sealant. The special trick up its sleeve is that it uses Kevlar fibres to add extra strength to the sealed puncture.

With the new sealant Finish Line has aimed to create an industry-leading product that would seal puncture the quickest, while offering the best strength and longevity.

FiberLink is made by combining the brand’s proprietary FiberLink technology with a low viscosity, free-flowing latex formula. That pairing is claimed to quickly seal holes up to 8mm.

The idea behind pairing Kelvar fibres and a more liquidy latex is so that the latex can get to the puncture quickly, saving your precious air but also carrying the fibres in tow. Once those fibres get there, they’ll intertwine and link together. That’s where Finish Line claims that the increased durability comes from.

Finish Line FiberLink is available in 8oz squeeze bottles, 32oz bottle and 1-gallon jugs. You’ll be able to pick one of these up in the UK in autumn.

As such, GBP prices aren’t available just yet but as an idea, the USD prices start at $13 for the 8oz bottle and go up to $35 for the 32oz bottle.
