To mark 100 days to go until the Tour of Britain sets out on September 7 from Liverpool toward a finale in London eight days later, race organisers have released a video to help get everyone excited.
Featuring great footage from last year’s race, won by Bradley Wiggins, the video dwells on the glorious scenery that race passes through. It may not be the Alps, but only someone with no soul could could deny the beauty of the green hills of Britain.
Mark Cavendish’s three stage wins also feature prominently, and we get to relive Simon Yates' memorable stage win on Haytor.
