105/Ultegra hydraulic levers with Tiagra calipers?

    Does anyone know if you could use 105/ultegra hydraulic 11 spd STIs with Tiagra (RS405) hydraulic calipers? Or are they not compatible for any reason? Cheers!

    That would make complete sense if they are the 4700 series BR-4770 calipers, it’s the previous gen BR-RS405 that aren’t according to the chart, which I think the OP was asking about.

    Hi, I have 105 shifters and
    Hi, I have 105 shifters and Tiagra (rear) calipers on my bike.
    Fitted by LBS about 18 months ago (remember the pandemic parts shortages?) and it works just fine đŸ™‚
    I’ve just checked my bike to make sure I wasn’t imagining it.
