I’ve had an actioncam for two months but not reported any bad driving yet. The camera was mainly bought to show liability in an accident when I commute.
My concern is, if I recorded them, they may have ‘identifying’ video of me, and might decide to pay me a visit one day… (or tell some friends to)
Or they may receive a warning letter and could ‘put 2+2 together’ with the date stamp (or if required, even see you in court???)
So I am reluctant to report any incidents unless they are quite serious.A few have happened near my home on my regular routes, so it wouldn’t take Sherlock Holmes to figure out where I live, but they were not serious thus I didn’t inform the police.
Maybe I’m more paranoid than most? I just wondered if anyone else had similar concerns. Thanks for any advice đŸ™‚
P.S. I’m not having my windows put through just because someone didn’t give way, if you get my drift…
