    I was gonna bring horner in but then decided to go EBH instead with thursday in mind.

    I think Horner will finish the TT in 12th and end up 3rd on GC

    I’ll play it safe – I always
    I’ll play it safe – I always get TTs wrong, and don’t have enough transfers in hand to take risks. 6 guys will score about 70 GC/jersey points between them per day until Sat, and I’ll just rotate the other 3.

    Had a list of 12 non-GC contenders that could have a good TT – people that pick the right guys will leap up the table but I didn’t fancy my chances!

    Half inclined to leave my
    Half inclined to leave my team as it is and make no changes. I have seven transfers available and I can’t pick anyone who for me is a ‘must have’ who isn’t already in my team.

    Obviously there are Cancellara and Martin to consider but Martin didn’t do well last year so not sure how high either will end up. Valverde is the only guy I might bring in but then I’d have to drop Rodriguez who actually did ok in the Tour de France mountain TT.

    going with 5 TT specialists
    going with 5 TT specialists plus 4 big gc hitters for tomorrow. Stage hunting for the rest of the vuelta now
