Again, I’ll probably live to regret my changes. Had fancied Anton for this one but form suggests otherwise. Perhaps a toss up between Gorka and Ion if going for a Euskatel rider in support of Sanchez.

Scores are updating, looks like I managed 144 including my 20 point penalty, now, what do I do about tomorrow?

Straight swap of Henao for Talanksy for me and maybe Ulissi for Fuglsnag (but think he will feature friday) or maybe Betancurt for Cardoso

    179. One point off my fourth 180. Damn!

Swapped G Izagirre for Ulissi and Fraile for Betancurt. Will probably save transfers from now until the TT. Sticking with Talansky as tomorrow’s stage finish will suit him better (Porte too) as it’s not too steep at the end and for the TT. (To be honest if I’d known just how steep it was today at the very beginning of the tour I probably wouldn’t have had him in at the beginning.)

A good day for both my teams.

Full house for my standard team: 4,5,6,7,8,9,18 + Txurruka & Didier (-20 point penalty).
And only Talansky didn’t score for my purists: 2,4,5,6,7,8 + Txurruka & Landa.

    :D

Was that a WADA van pulling up outside your house Wig_Billy? :”(

1,2,6,7,10 today, plus 1,3,4,10 in GC, with Txurruka hoovering up the KoM and MV points and Porte’s team bonus. 182 says the man with no maths skills.

He might be worth having by the time the Criterium du D or Tour de Suisse come along.

He does seem to be slowly getting himself together, would be great if he tries to get into a break this week and show a bit of grit for a change. I personally think a return to form could be a long way off yet…

4,6,8,9,11,13. A little disappointed as took out Ulissi for Anton, cost me a few points. But I am very unhappy as my eldest, who is already slaughtering me on this game had Henao and Txurruka. Thank god she is on a sleepover tonight……

Actually that might not be such a great idea!

Natalia! come home I’ve got some good news….

Probably worth bringing him in for table points alone, he’s got 10 after all with Mountain and Meta Volante and there are still lots of points out there to win so he probably hasn’t mathematically sewn it up yet.
