    Last year this stage was
    Last year this stage was strange with a very small group making it over Independence Pass ahead of the peloton and George Hincapie winning. I would expect a very different outcome this year.

    Castiblanco is in the break, trying to get the KOM jersey over Cottonwood Pass, though the peloton hasn’t let this massive break get much time. Already down to 1:30, could be very interesting if it comes back together again early.
