So, I figured that no bicycle forum would be complete without pictures of bikes! Post your photos here, no bike will be refused: Road TT Triathlon Cyclocross MTB BMX Shixie Fixie And anything else! Lovely bikes lovely, but everyday bikes interesting too. I won't post first, but I'm taking pictures right now. 🙂 I wanna see what bikes you're all riding!

This is great. But what I’m really looking for is a sticker to put on my top-tube to tell me when to eat and drink during a ride.

The powerful 750W brushless hub motor is a standout feature, making uphill climbs effortless and ensuring a swift, enjoyable ride. The 48V 15Ah lithium-ion battery is another highlight, offering an impressive range of up to 60 miles on a single charge, so I can explore without worrying about running out of power.
The bike is equipped with a front suspension fork with 100mm travel, which absorbs bumps and rough terrain, ensuring a comfortable ride. The hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power in all conditions, adding a layer of safety to my rides. The 27.5” all-terrain tires are perfect for both urban commutes and off-road adventures, giving me the versatility I need.
One of my favorite features is the LCD display, which keeps me informed about speed, battery level, and distance traveled. It’s incredibly handy for planning my rides and keeping track of my progress. The bike also comes with integrated LED lights for enhanced visibility and safety, a rear rack for carrying cargo, and ergonomic grips for added comfort.
Overall, my Perraro Electric Bike has been a game-changer, making my rides more enjoyable and eco-friendly. I’m excited to share this picture with you all and look forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences with e-bikes!

Mystery frame and my most
Mystery frame and my most successful ever paint job. But, I’m out of space and this one will have to go.
Carlton was my best guess. I’ve struggled to get flamboyant shades (translucent over silver) to work: this one has. The contrast panels aren’t too bad either, but I’d take an unpaid stint at Argos to learn how to do it properly.
The frame had been resprayed at Argos, or at least it had their decals. And the dropouts wouldn’t spring either. There’s a braze-on front mech hanger – a suitable front mech took a bit of finding.

Another attempt at
Another attempt at approximating a Gran Sport. The photo doesn’t show how bad the paint and chrome are. I did find a reasonable nail varnish as a touch-up.
Not sure if it would be worth the £££ getting a colour match respray.

My 2016 Canondale Synapse. All stock apart from the Fizik Arione saddle recommended by my bike fitter.Could do with being able to fit wider tires with the washboard state of Cotswold lanes though.

They work well on the stem
They work well on the stem and are indexed so not very original. I have two other Carltons both with down tube friction shifters. The Corsa is the easiest to shift accurately though, down tube shifters were always a good reach when you planned a hill badly and needed a lower gear a bit sharpish.

That does look very nice.

The stem mounted shifters look to be easier to use than downtube.JLasTSR
Here we have my Carlton Corsa
Here we have my Carlton Corsa originally built 1973 first owned by me in 1978 bought second hand for my birthday. Rebuilt in 2012 a few things have changed since then as well. I still think it looks pretty good, but I am biased!
