    The day saw a multitude of
    The day saw a multitude of riders abandon. The bad weather cut the stage from 210.9km to 155, and eliminated the final two Hors Categorie climbs. It was expected that the stage would not be counted for the GC rankings.

    If you have no heard Valverde has withdrawn after crashing yesterday, after hitting a drink bottle just after the feed station. He did finish the stage, but only just.

    Javier Moreno also from Moviestar is also out Gastro.

    Ah ok. He should be a better climber actually. If you look at his body measures: 1.81m – 65kg. :B Thats perfect for the mountains. Probably he still has to develop his strengths since hes very young. Huge talent tho. 😀

    Hope you can classify the units we use in Germany(m,kg)… ;).
