    This is the league that really matters!

    Delighted with today’s point “haul”.
    71 on the first stage, a lot of homework went I to that so hopefully it bodes well for the rest of the weeks.

    I’m hoping my 3 Frenchmen will come over all patriotic and ride themselves into the ground.

    My purist team got a paltry 40 points today 🙁

    Still climbing up the board but without Wiggins I’m not hopeful for the whole comp. Hoping for Valverde and TJ van Garderen to stay up their in the GC and for Roche and Taaramae to go on flyers when we get to the real hills.

    I reckon it’s Wiggin’s tour barring another tumble.
    He’s looking very strong but hopefully he’ll keep up the pressure rather than playing it safe.

    Now i’m hoping for a typical Voeckler gutsy stage win during the week and one by VanGarderen would be very welcome as well.
