    I may be wrong, but haven’t you done todays points wrong?

    It seems you have done it as 20 points down to 1 rather than new 35, 30 and so on scoring, or is it only 20-1 for ITT’s?

    Thanks! Ok, so, if it’s Slagter’s points, which sounds right, he gets 16 points for 7th place and 1 point for being 5th on the Young Rider Classification… Where do the other points come from? Am I missing something?….

    Correct it seems the sprint points are different for the giro compared to how they are scored for other races where it has been 6,4,2

    I don’t understand Mark
    I don’t understand Mark Cavendish’s points today. The page:

    has him at 43 points. I can see he got 35 points for thw in and 5 for the PC competition. Where’d he get the other 3 points? Thanks! 🙂

    You say we should be true to the game, well our KOM points scoring is not even the same anyway.
    And also as far as i am aware we have never had PC points when a TT has been the opening stage

    Wow, I understand, but, honestly, I think we should be true to the race. If the race awarded KOM and PC points, I think the game should reflect whst’s happening in the race… I may be wrong, but I think the only reason they were not added to the game was that no one expected them to be awarded…

    Hi Stumps, yes they did give KOM points out for the first three people at the intermediate time over that climb – fairly unusual for an ITT but I imagine with it being the opening stage it was a way of getting someone into the jersey.

    Mentioned that to Dave when I caught up with him earlier, since there was no reference to KOM points being awarded in the game scoring for the stage, we won’t award them after the event, so as to keep it fair for everyone.

    Simon, i appreciate that you will run the game differently to the tv but i have just watched the recording of todays stage and De Gendt has been given the polka dot jersey for KOM ?

    Now I have a full 22 :”(

    & I was just 6 numbers short of winning last nights Lottery as well
    If it wasn’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all >:P
    I’ve gone from 20th to 267th in `The big road.cc league’
