bibs, under or over your base layer?

    IIRC the base layer is meant
    IIRC the base layer is meant to be against your skin to draw away the sweat and stop you getting a chill. If it was over your bibs then it wouldn’t do it as effectivly apart from the chest and back area where the bib doesn’t cover.
