February Races

Are the tours of Qatar and Oman or the Vuelta a Andalucia going to be included in the fantasy season? Other races in Feb which would be good to include would be the Volta ao Algarve and the Giro di Sardegna but these clash with the tour of Oman and the Vuelta a Andalucia.
It seems a shame to have a month completely race free and after a fairly good start in the TDU, I don’t want to have to wait until Paris-Nice to get my team racing again again.

Dave, what’s the chance of being able to add these races next year? Seems like Algarve would be more fun ’cause there’s both a mountaintop finish and (!) a time trial.

I have 501 riders to choose
I have 501 riders to choose from for Qatar, which is fine except there are 16 teams of 8 which equals 128. Any chance of an update to the game?

this is the latest rider and reserve list on the website.

    Goss is not riding.

    Where there are 3
    Where there are 3 jersey’s

    Gold – General individual classification
    Silver – General points classification
White – Best young rider classification

So there are your jersey points sorted out

The normal GC and Stage points?

There are 9 sprints up for grabs
Also 5 finish sprints (not that they could in the game)

There is the TTT on Stage 2, so i guess thats going to be the normal TTT set up, unless your going to discount dropped riders 😉 😉

    Martin and Moreno did me
Martin and Moreno did me proud on quite a few occasions, but with the new set up, unless i think they can get a win, up in the alps or somewhere, i may well steer clear and stick to riders like Galimzyanov and Wagner for the climbs and Faria Da Costa and Gasparotto for the sprints 😉 😉

The stage at Jabal Al Akhdar

The stage at Jabal Al Akhdar (the Green Mountain) with a final climb of 5.8 km at an average gradient of 10.3 percent, reaching up to 13.5 percent over the last two kilometres, will be one of the highlights of the third edition of the Tour of Oman.

So load up your team with sprinters 😉
