    3pm for me because i refuse
    3pm for me because i refuse to watch SHI-TV 4, but not so bad, i managed to schedule everything i wanted in

    midnight till 5am World champs athletics
    9am – 1pm World champs
    1pm – 3pm F1
    3pm La Vuelta on the TV
    3pm My beloved Aberdeen taking on their most hated club Rangers (on the tinternet)
    Out on the bike for a couple of hours around 5ish is this weather calms down, currently 45mph winds outside
    7pm Moto GP highlights because its live the same time as the cycling

    Then its back to the world champs later on 👿

    Yes i live i sad life that my Sunday revolves around sport 😀

    In other news, there are 4 break away guys just now with around 9.30 on the bunch

    frustrating that there is no
    frustrating that there is no tv coverage until 245pm huh? I like to just have it on in the background in my flat whilst I do other things.
