FSA cranks and Shimano pedals

Hi. I have just bought new FSA k-force carbon cranks and Shimano dura ace pedals. I am struggling to install pedals on the cranks. I am tightening the pedals in the correct direction, but they simply don't go in. Has anyone faced a similar problem? Thanks!

Have you checked the tighten
Have you checked the tighten rotation arrow? Also see if they for in a shimano crank. I always thought they had the same thread and size. You might need to tap the threads again on the crank arms to make sure they are clean.
