New build hotel requirements

Morning all, Quite interested in building a new hotel in North Wales based on a strong US brand but there is scope to modify the design for local features. As such, I would like to seriously consider appealing to us cyclists. To that end, what makes a hotel attractive to you as a cyclist? What facilities would you consider? Food offering? Thank you

Aside the usual: maintenance,

Aside the usual: maintenance, guides, good quality hire bikes etc. I would be very keen to have the chance of trying other foems of cycling apart for my usual roadie diet. So it would be good to be able to hire, cyclocross, MTB and or gravel bikes for a day and have someone to give some tips and guide a group.

As for food, Wales has got some of the best produce in the world. Shame not to use it and though not one myself, catering for vegans / vegetarians would be a good call. Oh and plenty of Brains SA on tap!
