Winter Bib Tights — Your recommendations?

Hello all… 

It’s time for some new tights for winter, and I’m looking for recommendations. Some of the tights I’ve seen with the highest ratings are not padded, so the first question is:

Any recommendations for minimal padded shorts to wear under un-padded tights?

Second question: Across the range of padded bib tights, which ones do you like best?

One challenge: I am 196cm, with an inseam of about 90cm, so I need something to accommodate the long guns.
