I would still like to know,
I would still like to know, for future reference, what happens to the game if the first stage is cancelled; do we go back to “unlimited transfers” or are we stuck with our preset number of transfers.
TER, does the program set the deadline for the same time in every stage of a race, or can each stage be set individually?
Should I. Izaguirre be 54, not 53 points for prologue? (35 for 1st, 10 for GC, 5 for points and 4 for KOM).

That’s a difficult ask…tony kappler wrote:… wondering if I should go straight to my stage 1 team.
I can’t make up my mind whether the pure sprinters will get there before some attackers do…
I can’t say…

Seems snow and heavy rain in the last half hour dampened some riders chances.
I picked the top Izaguirre and Dumoulin, with utter dross filling up the rest.

I have this mental picture of the riders, aero helmets on, tucked down on their specialised TT bikes, with snow chains flapping around the spokes.
Enrique, Bet365, which is the main one I look at, took the prologue off the books from about 2 hrs before “window closed” to at least “window closed ” time. I notice that it is now back, with the favourites in a similar order to the original, which implies to me that the prologue will be held in its original form. (After all, how many crashes can you have in 4 kms?)
As you would realise, my original question to Dave was me wondering if I should go straight to my stage 1 team.

The only one I look at, and not that frequently is Oddschecker… Which ones are down?…

Because things like what
Because things like what happened last week where amstel was still open after it started.Seems you cant win if you play it safe and deadlines are early yet if you get it wrong people are quick to be unhappy.
When i do setup the deadlines are always gonna be early as id rather that as i dont have chance to continually check starttimes which often change after the race has been setup in the game

Just one question about
Just one question about deadlines. Why ist it always so early before the race actually starts? It’s still over three hours to race begin, but the deadline to change your team is closed.

I think it will be as you were, but i will get in touch with Dave if it is cancelledtony kappler
Dave, (or TER)
Dave, (or TER)
Do you have a game rule or policy about what happens if the first stage of a race is cancelled?
eg, does the game restart at the next stage with “unlimited” transfers available (for both standard and purist)? I know that for a cancelled stage in the middle of a race all tranfers stand; (tough luck, but fair enough).
