So this morning I’m cycling to work on an off-road cycle path. There is a tump (a mound, with seats at the top), and the path goes around each side of it. I always treat it as a roundabout, and go around it clockwise. Except this morning, when someone comes around it anticlockwise, nearly runs into me, and then shouts at me for it.
The location is at Ham Green outside Bristol – https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Watchhouse+Rd,+Pill,+Bristol,+North+Somerset+BS20+0EN/@51.4778692,-2.6800858,167m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m2!3m1!1s0x48718d59deebca37:0xb901774999168bef
So, I throw it out to the room: should we ride on cycle paths as if they are roads (clockwise around circular paths/gyratories, keep left (in the UK) on cycle paths, etc)?
I’d appreciate comments, and really don’t mean to troll.
