I’ve had a lot of fun playing
I’ve had a lot of fun playing this game these past few years and been happy to pay in recent times, but I’m probably now going to stop and not renew given this glitch that makes a nonsense of the game.

I think, like most people, my
I think, like most people, my favourite part of the game is that I like to see how my understanding/analysis compares to other people’s. Sometimes I think I got a stage/race perfectly and it turns out others did better, so it was an obvious one.

sometimes I don’t do great but others did worse which is interesting/rewarding – particularly in obscurer races, trickier to judge stages.

By having one person (or multiple people) skew that by having multiple teams completely takes away the key point of doing the game. Not having a go at anyone but if it isn’t fixed I wont pay or play next year.

I was going to do an analogy but it’s actually pretty self evident – there’s no need to go into morals of the game, the spirit of the game, cheating, fairness. It simply completely ruins so many aspects for why people play (my reason, prizes etc.) so people will stop spending their time playing the game.

It’s also not as if this is some behemoth of a game like fantasy football where there are likely tens of thousands of people cheating, so it does make a huge impact to have one or two doing it.

That is ridiculous, there are more than enough people who are interested enough to play legitimately, for the fun, and in the hope that maybe they could one day win a prize.
I’m a father of 4 kids, with not much money to spare, so the chance to win some extra kit is one of the reasons I play this game. (Still waiting for my glasses Dave), and to have someone enter 229 teams, and rob people of a chance to win is a joke!

Also, have any of his teams actually won a prize this year?

When I agreed earlier that he deserved a pat on the back for all the effort, I didn’t realize that the teams were actually competing — I thought he’d just created a bunch of dummy teams.

I take it back.

In fact, looking at the competition archive for some of them, they’ve been competing all year.
