    Don’t want to fall out with anyone but wondering who to contact regarding the Vuelta Pais Vasco overall prize. Do the prizes just take a while to be sent out? Have used the game contact email address and tweeted Dave, but still no answer.

    If only it were last year dude! I just won the Paris – Nice Purist comp! But don’t think there are any prizes this year, unless previously stated like Tour Down Under and Spring Classics.

    T&Cs say that any prizes will be announced before a competition starts so I doubt there will be. I won the Ruta Del Sol Purist but am not expecting anything.

    Sorry to hear of all these
    Sorry to hear of all these folks not receiving their prizes.
    BUT, following my win in Vuelta Espania, I can say I had my bike delivered within 7 days of dispatch. That is excluding the 9 days it sat in customs here in Australia.
    The only delay I had was my accurately completing the claim form. But prize was dispatched within 2 days of my form completion.
    A big thank you to the team (both Road cc and Wiggle) =D>

    I can feel your frustration and pain from here el gordo.
    I have spoken before about the CUSTOMER service/satisfaction and maintenance of this PREMIUM fantasy competition…. or Lack of it.

    Obviously Wiggle Honda (Even if a British team with a JAPANESE car sponsor LMFAO ) run their women’s cycling team better. Whats wrong with Aston Martin, Bentley, Jaguar, Land Rover, McLaren, Lotus, Rolls. Just to name a few.

    So glad Greenedge has Orica ( Oz mining company ) and Gerry Ryan ( Jayco Owner, another Oz company).

    I hope it all turns out well for you and everyone gets their prizes. And you paid for this stress.
