There are some people who will have legitimately made transfers after the race started without realising or without seeking to gain advantage and to reset everyone to their teams at the point the race started would unfairly affect them.Likewise there may also be someone who honestly brought in one of the break after the race started without knowing it. It would not be fair to penalise them but its also impossible to weed those people out from those who made transfers to gain an advantage.
Sadly I don’t think that there are any ways to sort this out without affecting people who genuinely made transfers without trying to gain advantage.
I’n all fairness everyone knew when the “official” deadline was as we had been counting it down for at least 24 hrs , Anyone who made a transfer after that should be re scored based on the team at the official race start irrelevant if they realised or not ,tbh most people who would have changed their team would have been aware of what they were doing imo

It’s not difficult to see those who have done it just by looking at the transfers.

No-one gaining an advantage
No-one gaining an advantage in the top 10. How do I know.Go here, click on the team name and you can see all the transfers

There are three solutions to this.
Dave might be able to do a roll back, which is fine for me, because I will actually score more points.
The race can be void and everyone can have 0 points
It can be left as it.
There is nothing in the game for giving individual teams 0 points while leaving others alone.

Gkam84 wrote:I only noticed it after it was posted on the forum. For everyone to see. I honestly don’t remember it happening last season. But if there was a race on the day that the times changed, it most likely did happen. There was NO cheating, to cheat, you would need to hack the game somehow, it was open for everyone.
Did you really just say you need to hack the game to cheat? #o
We are all adults and as we all know any exploitation of a game mechanic be it server clock error or hacking a server is cheating , yes one is available to everyone and the other is doable to a few ppl with the right it knowledge but both amount to the same thing…..an unfair advantage in a game based on rider knowledge and luck.
You weren’t the only person to do it as most of us who use the forum realise but I agree with joel . Timestamps will indicate when team changes were made and anyone who did it should just have their team scores reset to the team prior to race start .
Or for true punishment ,which surprisingly I don’t advocate, have this race score count as zero if found to have cheated
