Hi all

I’ve just bought a second hand bike about 2 years old which comes with Boardman Elite 5 wheels. I can’t seem to find much online about them. I have a like new Mavic Ksyrium Elite S wheelet on a bike that I’m selling but before I do I wanted to find out if these would be better than the Boardman’s, and if so I’d probably switch. 
Any thoughts much appreciated.

Are they rim brakes? The

Are they rim brakes? The mavics wear a bit with rim ones. Also the spline for the rear sprockets is aluminium, so hard to get them off.

Weight about the same, aero about the same. Unless the rims are close to wearing out I’d save your money. I’ve heard that Mavic can be a bit of a pain spares-wise for older products.

Why not just pick a nice dry
Why not just pick a nice dry day and a clean/tidy route with a couple of lumps and then do an A/B test and see what you think?
