Tire sidewall integrity

As you can see from the picture provided in the link, there's seem to be horizontal line developing on the tire sidewall. Tire condition is still fairly new but not the model itself. It's a Vittoria Rubino Pro III. Wonder should I just chuck it or it is still safe to ride? I'm afraid of a sidewall blowout happening lol.

It will be fine, I've got Rubino Pros much older and more cracked than that! The strength is in the cloth, the rubber on the sidewalls is just to keep the cloth covered up.

Blimey. Great photo. I don't think I've ever looked at a tyre that closely.

 

It will be fine. Tyre casings that are near collapse are pretty obvious, and practically always the result of damage from misaligned brake blocks. This is just a moulding quirk.
