Tacx Turbo T1682 question

I have a really old tacx turbo T1682 circa 2009. It was working fine, but suddenly the led display unit has died. Not a flicker of life . So no read out and I can’t adjust the load on the motor/brake. Any ideas welcome as new turbos are like gold dust and it was working fine.
