Doing up an old Tiagra-equipped bike for a friend, I need to replace a part inside the brake lever…but I don’t know what it’s called! It’s the little cylinder with a hole through the middle through which the brake cable runs that clips into the top part of the lever, I’ll put a photograph in the comments of the one on the other side. Can anyone help me out by telling me what to call this part so I can search for it online and/or not make a complete fool of myself asking for it in the bike shop? Many thanks.

Thank you but it doesn’t seem to show the part I’m looking for which possibly may not exist in newer levers: looking for the bit shown in the photo here which I can’t see on that diagram (the bump on the right is the head of the brake cable which is threaded through the hole in the cylinder):
