Mark Steel’s In Town on Radio 4 this week was in Walthamstow and so, inevitably, including a discussion on the mini-Holland scheme.  Whilst Mark (another Crystal Palace fan, so a man of immaculate taste ) didn’t really come down on the pro or anti side, he did put the rhetoric of anti-LTNers nicely into perspective.
