Help Me Identify This Bike

So I have this old track bike which I'm trying to identify so I can sell it. I'm pretty sure it's New Zealand made. There's two frame markings: 5255 on the bb shell and 73 on the seat tube seat clamp. It was ridden in Christchurch, New Zealand its whole life so I'd imagine it'd be made by New Zealand frame manufacturer.
