Hants SNAP Portal Down

The Hants SNAP Portal for submitting videos of close passes is currently down, and has been since at least Friday (7th May).

I had a couple of bad close passes on Wednesday (5th May) which I've been trying to submit. Given that the cut-off for sending a NIP is 14 days and the video will need to be reviewed first, I don't think there's much chance of anything being done with my evidence even if the portal was back online tomorrow.

In the absence of HantsSNAP, I have reverted to using their "old" reporting tool.

Thanks, I'll give that a go next time.

I put my video on Twitter, no response yet though.

Hi Tom.

Did you get a response via their "old" system?

I've never had any response beyond "we got your submission" to any of my reports on any of Hampshire's systems.

I occasionally got a little more, but only when prodded.

I've been lead to believe that you no longer report using HantsSnap, but via the default "Road Traffic Incident" reporting system on their website, whereby they will then send you an email with a request to upload the video to their new system.
