Hi all, so I just had my first giant power pro replaced only to find the new one won’t calibrate. I can update the firmware but when I calibrate it I get an 0000ee22 error message.

Anyone else out there have an idea?

I have the same problem, yes I can update, but I cannot calibrate.

With the Ridelink it gives me error 0000ee22 and with the Garmin 520 calibration error -1

I had this with my TCR early

I had this with my TCR early 2020. It was a faulty unit and needed to be replaced (which it was, without fuss).
