Sorry, I am having a lot of trouble Working my new Fly12 CE. My torch keeps turning off after 5 mins. Thinking it might be in setting. How can I tell if it is recording if I haven’t heard beeps for a while, is it the green light in left side. Totally confused, Looking too complicated for a 70 year old female

Do you have the Cyclq plus

Do you have the Cyclq plus app? Either on your phone or computer. You can connect your Fly12 either via USB or bluetooth and check the settings, but I’m not aware of a setting that turns the light off after 5 mins. My recent experience with a new Fly6 ce was that it was faulty out of the box, kept turning itself off, I’m currently waiting for a replacement so it’s not impossible that yours has an issue too. You can check the video files to see if the camera was still running after the torch has gone out.
