Anyone having any issues with Disco+ billing?
I’ve just spent 90 minutes trying to sort out a subscription to watch Tour of Flanders and have decided it may be a scam. I have no subscription but I did pay. They have no record of the payment but the end date for the subscription is visible. When I cancelled the subscription I got a “sorry to see you go” email. I’m £31 poorer and no cycling on my TV.
I’ve been pretty much told it’s my fault or apple’s fault; anyone have a good experience? Or an alternative to Discovery/TNT?
